We’re proud to welcome Ashley to the Newcastle Social Workers team — a passionate and experienced Support Coordinator and Recovery Coach with a deep commitment to people navigating complex mental health, the justice system, and the NDIS.
Ashley brings over 8 years of hands-on experience working with people who have been overlooked, misjudged, or left behind by the system. From her work in reintegration programs supporting people exiting correctional centres, to trauma-informed case management in homelessness and AOD services, Ashley has always led with compassion, consistency, and a fierce belief in people’s potential.
