Debra brings a wealth of experience—and a deeply personal understanding—to her role in supporting individuals and families within the NDIS. As a mother to an adult son with autism, Debra’s lived experience gives her unique insight, empathy, and determination to help others navigate the complexities of the system.

With a strong foundation in community services and a background in both frontline and leadership roles, Debra is passionate about supporting participants across the lifespan. She is known for building strong relationships, advocating clearly for her clients, and making sure every person feels empowered to make informed decisions about their supports.

Her work spans everything from coordinating with allied health professionals and SIL providers to overseeing staff teams and ensuring services run smoothly—all with a focus on person-centred care, dignity, and connection. Debra has a significant amount of experience supporting people with acquired brain injuries.

Debra holds a Diploma of Community Services Work, has completed specialist support coordination training, and brings professional experience in both disability and mental health support.
